What A Toning Belt Can Do For You

If you have ever tried to get a six pack, you already know how hard it is. Even if you’re determined, you often can get the abs you want, simply because of the time commitment. In fact, about the only people who really succeed are professional athletes. At least, that’s how it used to be. Now people everywhere are getting a six pack just by using an abs toning belt.

Nobody is going to blame you if you laugh and say it’s not possible. It sounds like a gimmick, doesn’t it? Well, when you understand how it works, you’ll also understand how it can do what hours of crunches cannot.

The way these abs toners work is by electronically stimulating the abs. When you put one on, you feel the powerful contractions, just as you would if you were doing crunches. The difference is that all you’re doing is preparing a cup of coffee or talking on the phone while you’re doing your “workout.”

If you haven’t heard about these toning belts yet, you will soon. As the word gets out, more and more people are talking about the benefits they’ve gotten from them. In one online video testimonial, a man who trained regularly stopped doing crunches and started using the toner. Six weeks later, he did some crunches and discovered that he could do more than he could when he stopped. He said it was as if he had been doing his usual routine every day for those six weeks!

Another user who was enthusiastic about her abs belt was a woman who said she was finally looking forward to buying a two piece swimsuit for the first time in several years. If these devices catch on and you don’t have one, you may be the only one at the beach without a 6 pack!

Really, don’t just laugh and write the ab belt off as a gimmick. It may sound too good to be true, but it’s not. Read up on them and find out exactly why and how they work. It’s not an expensive product, either, so it’s definitely worth a try.

Hemorrhoids: Internal Compared to External

Millions of people suffer from hemorrhoids every year.  You may not hear about it, but that is only because it does not make for good table conversation.  The most common way to get hemorrhoids is with the excessive strain or pushing that occurs when passing a large or hard stool, as one does when constipated.  Constipation is normally due to dehydration, eating large amounts of processed foods, and insufficient dietary fiber intake.  Any excess pressure or strain on the veins in the rectal area can cause a person to develop hemorrhoids.

There are two different types of hemorrhoids, both internal and external.  Both have bleeding as a common symptom, but with internal hemorrhoids there is no pain because there are no pain receptors along the inside of your rectum.  Bleeding is usually the only indication that you have them, and they are often suspected when you have blood in the stool.  However, it is possible for internal hemorrhoids to become so irritated and swollen, that they push and protrude outside the anus.  This condition is called a prolapsed hemorrhoid, and it can become extremely painful.  It can also lead to more serious problems if it should become strangulated.  If this should happen, hemroid surgery may be your only option.  External hemorrhoids can be very irritating to say the least.  They can burn, itch, and make it absolutely impossible to sit down.  These can usually be treated with over the counter medications, and managed with proper lifestyle changes.

Ultimately, in order to maintain your health you need to start hemroid treatment ASAP. You must take the initiative and make some simple changes in your life.  A proper diet, high fiber intake, and plenty of fluids, along with the help of a physician, can all help to decrease your symptoms and may even keep your hemorrhoids from flaring up ever again.
